What he determined was that indigenous peoples fit into neither of these state paradigms, but we were part of the fourth world.<br><br>A world of stateless nations that had differing aspirations and dreams and ways of managing our wealth then any of the other ways of political organizations.<br><br>I believe that Indigenous governments and economies are unique in many ways and differ from both capitalist and communist systems.
